Job Summary
Under general supervision, provide general support to all bar needs by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels; assist bartender with tasks (stocking liquor, beers, wines, fruit trays, and glassware), take beverage orders, check IDs, deliver orders to guests, and ensure responsible alcohol service; maintain knowledge of Boyd Gaming’s bar outlets, comply with health and safety regulations, and uphold service standards to deliver customer-focused experiences in a casino bar environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
- Must be at least 21-years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification
- Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes
