Job Summary
Stackers prepare packaged product for shipment by packing the correct product and counts into boxes, construct boxes and pallets, apply month stickers and production tags, assist machine operators, and maintain a clean, GMP- and SQF-compliant work area in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring supplies are available for packaging, completing pallet paperwork, transporting packaging materials, breaking down unusable product, and supporting overall production with accuracy and safety—demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously. Weekly pay and employee-owned benefits are available at Mineola, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to follow directions
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing
- Basic math skills
