• •Must be able to obtain and maintain company issued pallet jack license
• •Must communicate and cooperate with others

• •Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to squat
• •Must be able to bend at the waist and neck

• •Must be able to reach above, at, and below shoulder level
• •Must be able to perform repetitive motion of the shoulders, arms and hands

• •Must be able to place a proper empty pallet and slip sheet on line to be stacked
• •Must be able to stack pallets according to product codes and dates
• •Must be able to rotate each layer until pallets are at the proper case counts
• •Must be able to participate as a member of the team
• •Must be able to participate in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies
• •Must be able to coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members
• •Must be able to attend appropriate team meetings
• •Must be able to foster strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues
• •Must be able to accept responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness
• •Must be able to bring issues to the attention of the team leader
