Job Summary

Develop youth treatment/service plans and build trusting relationships with adolescents to achieve identified goals. Provide oversight for one-on-one activities, engage clients, document conversations, and submit paperwork for billing. Identify community resources for youth development and provide transportation to outside locations as needed. Maintain flexible availability for after-school hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations while traveling daily to meet client needs in home, community, and office settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree, GED or High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
  • Working, reliable telephone
  • Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
  • Must be willing to provide transportation for client(s) to and from outside locations and activities as needed
  • Must have flexible availability to meet client needs & on-call rotations
  • Daily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non-traditional hours if needed
  • Availability for after school hours, evenings and weekends
