Job Summary
Provide support to individuals in crisis, managing preventative, acute, or chronic crisis situations. Implement strategies and interventions developed by the Critical Intervention Specialist while consulting with a psychiatrist, BCBA, and psychologist. Participate in clinical trainings and facilitate interdisciplinary planning meetings. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or ABA, one year of experience with developmentally disabled individuals, and a valid California driver's license. Based in Redding, CA, the position is full-time, hourly, and includes group supervision from licensed professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors
- valid California Driver's license in good standing and insurance
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Applied Behavior Analysis
- Must have a valid California Driver's license in good standing and insurance
