Stabilization Counselor

Conduct stabilization counseling sessions for individuals experiencing acute crisis or trauma, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote safety and emotional regulation. Provide immediate support during emergencies and coordinate referrals to longer-term mental health services as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress within the JFCS system. This role is part of the Gulf Coast JFCS team, serving the local community with specialized crisis intervention services.
