Job Summary
Stability Team Manager responsible for leading the Stability/Quality function within a pharma manufacturing environment. You will manage the Stability team, drive regulatory/compliance adherence, oversee budgeting and capacity planning, lead investigations, ensure safe and compliant operations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external laboratories. The role emphasizes leadership development, lean and continuous improvement, training programs, and involvement in the Lab Transformation program to standardise and digitise processes while delivering on quality objectives and site Hoshin aims.
