St. Rose Clinic RN/LPN

Deliver direct patient care within the ambulatory setting using the nursing process, including preliminary assessments via observation and chart review to facilitate follow-up with the healthcare team. Evaluate unstable or complex patient situations, implement clinical decisions, and provide educational instruction to patients and families while documenting responses in charts. Respond to treatment-related phone calls and complete necessary forms such as FMLA and physician signatures. Requires Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Licensed Registered Nurse licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time position at St. Rose Clinic.
