Conduct an ST-specialist training in clinical microbiology, progressively assuming increased medical responsibility while deepening expertise in a chosen area. Maintain an active dialogue with customers in primary care and acute hospitals to provide medical expertise and support their diagnostic challenges. Collaborate within a team to optimize work processes and share knowledge pedagogically with colleagues, while engaging in a national team of specialists and an international expert group focused on standardization and quality assurance. Report to the senior operations manager for Microbiology Sweden and work under a designated mentor throughout the training period.
