St. Johns Town Center - Full Time Key Holder

Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose while serving as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions. Mentor team members by being visible, delivering in-the-moment feedback, and fostering a productive employee culture. Maintain sales floor presentation, stockroom organization, and shipping/receiving standards in accordance with company visual merchandising and organizational guidelines. Gather feedback from customers and staff to report to management, build relationships with all stakeholders, and apply an omni-channel mindset to product recommendations. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30+ hours per week.
