Job Summary
Advancement Coordinator (part-time, 20-25 hours) at St. Charles Preparatory School in Columbus, OH, within the Office of Advancement. Primary responsibilities include managing and executing tasks in OneCause event software for school-wide events, serving as the main contact for volunteers and coaches, managing Raisers Edge donor information and reporting, coordinating event logistics (registration, vendor contacts), training volunteers, and supporting the Director of Advancement. Requires superb writing and oral communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Raisers Edge and One Cause, ability to work in a team and with vendors, and availability for occasional evenings/weekends. Compliance with Diocesan background and safety requirements and alignment with the school's mission are required. Required Qualifications
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge of Raisers Edge and One Cause
- Ability to complete work on teams, independently and through productive collaboration with vendors and stakeholders
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of special activities, meetings and events
- Compliance with background and safety requirements for work with and in proximity to students of the Diocese of Columbus
