Job Summary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations. Maintain personal and productivity goals while connecting with every customer through open-ended questions to assess needs. Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs, maintaining awareness through product knowledge training. Assist with brand awareness by supporting store management with social media. This role requires 0-3 years of retail experience, confidence in engaging customers, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
