Job Summary
Provide in-home skilled nursing care in the Fresno area as a Home Health Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, collaborating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and home health aides, supervising LPNs and aides, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR and promote patient satisfaction and positive health outcomes. Must hold an active RN license (CA); 1 year of nursing experience required in California; home health experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
