Job Summary
Directly manage the SSVF program across Middlesex, New London, and New Haven counties, including hiring, training, and supervising staff; review and approve program eligibility and Temporary Financial Assistance, conduct file audits, oversee intake documentation, and ensure compliance with program guidelines and reporting requirements; build and sustain relationships with referral sources and landlords to support housing stability, and coordinate supervision, meetings, and program oversight as part of a mission-driven team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
- minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative or management role
- Valid drivers’ license with a good driving history and daily access to an automobile
