Job Summary
Program Integrator for the SSIS portfolio will manage overall program mission integration, ensure cost and schedule alignment, drive risk and opportunity management, and coordinate day-to-day execution with functional partners. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring documentation in line with RLPM, leading program reviews with internal teams and customer engagements, acting as Program Backlog Manager (JIRA), coordinating Program Increment planning, and driving performance across integrated product teams (IPTs) across multiple domestic RTX facilities. The role requires cross-functional leadership, rigorous financial analysis, agile planning, and the ability to interact with senior leadership and Navy customers in a highly regulated aerospace/defense environment. On-site at designated US locations; some travel may be required. A security clearance (Secret) and US citizenship are required after day 1, with relocation not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience (10 years typical) or Advanced Degree with 7+ years
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Financial analysis skills
- Project management tools and systems experience
- Experience with contract formation/execution (aerospace/defense a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with program management in development, production, or sustainment environments
- Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (US citizenship or authorized immigration status)
- Agile planning methodologies and backlog management (JIRA)
- Experience coordinating with internal IPTs (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics)
- Proposal preparation and gate package submission
- Knowledge of RLPM or related lifecycle processes
- Experience with Earned Value or similar performance measurement
- Travel willingness for domestic sites as required
- Mentoring skills
- Leadership in a matrix organization
- Ability to work with Navy/DoD customers
- DCSA/DoD security clearance awareness
