Job Summary
SSBCI Specialist responsible for tracking and supporting the Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill program within Medicare Advantage. Onsite role (Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM) at 9250 NW 36th St, Miami, FL, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Key duties include educating members on program operation, tracking member participation and generating reports, coordinating with healthcare providers and internal teams, maintaining accurate data in the Sales Portal, conducting outbound address-verification calls, and collaborating to develop benefits and programs that drive membership growth and improve member satisfaction. Requires data-entry proficiency, knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work with elderly and sensory-impaired individuals. Performance is measured by daily/monthly duties, attendance, compliance, safety, and quality of work; hours may include overtime and occasional weekend coverage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
