Job Summary
Supervises and evaluates Service and Support Administrators (SSAs) responsible for ISP administration, ensuring person-centered planning and high-quality oversight of services. Develops and implements QA routines, ensures compliance with Medicaid requirements and county policies, coordinates training and mentorship for SSAs, responds to QA recommendations, and prepares data/reports. Participates as a member of the SSA Department Leadership Team to oversee integrated service delivery and monitoring of outcomes across units such as Intake/Eligibility, Youth, Transition, and Behavior Support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (Required).
- Eligibility for DODD Management Certification (5123:2-05-02). (At least four (4) years of experience with individuals, who have developmental disabilities).
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, proof insurance and reliable transportation.
