Job Summary
Machine-focused, night-shift role: Tends one or more machines or processes, ensures proper operation, conducts quality assurance checks, and manages material transport to maintain efficient process flow. Requires adherence to safety rules, use of protective equipment, Hazardous Waste Management training within six months and ongoing, and active participation in team activities. Responsibilities include following instructions, attending shift/plant meetings, maintaining process documentation, and performing tasks under supervision with potential overtime. Starting pay rate is $21.26/hour with benefits and an emphasis on safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or recognized equivalent
- Hazardous Waste Management training within six months of entering the job and annually thereafter
- Ability to speak, read and write English sufficiently to perform duties
- Ability to read and comprehend process instructions
- Must possess basic personal computer skills sufficient to navigate menus and print documents
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
- Safety training provided; must wear protective equipment as directed
