Job Summary
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery and support equipment; conduct changeovers on production machines; troubleshoot and perform light maintenance; set tooling and adjust machines; follow oral and written instructions and safety rules; assist engineers with troubleshooting; mentor Operators and Technicians to ensure process integrity and best practices; attend shift, department and plant meetings; participate in ISO and safety initiatives; overtime and extended shifts may be required; strong teamwork and communication with manufacturing staff.
Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizen or national; or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card); or Refugee under 8 U.S.C. Section 1157; or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. Section 1158 or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State; firearm restrictions per Gun Control Act as listed in posting; compliance with ITAR/EAR export regulations.
