Job Summary
Ensure Catholic Charities Housing Office Single Resident Occupancy buildings remain in good repair by performing routine interior maintenance, vacuuming rugs, shampooing carpets, and keeping kitchens and bathrooms clean. Inspect and clean common areas including lobbies, lounges, and halls each shift, while maintaining safe and clean grounds throughout the year. Inventory and organize cleaning supplies, assist in preparing vacant rooms for move-ins, and perform other duties as assigned. Work 24 hours per week Monday through Friday at a rate of $16.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
- NYS Driver's License
