Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA) at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsburg, KY. Provides routine nursing care to residents under the direction of the charge nurse, supports residents’ rights and dignity, and assists with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, incontinent care, transfers, and mobility. Responsible for recognizing changes in condition and reporting them to licensed staff; maintains a safe, clean environment and follows care plans. Requires ability to lift/move residents and objects, and to work in a healthcare setting with infection-control procedures. Must be at least 17 years old and able to work as part of a caregiving team; high school diploma or GED not required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 17
- High school diploma or GED not required (accepting SRNA/CNA candidates)
- CNA or SRNA certification preferred or eligible
- Ability to lift or move residents/objects weighing over 100 pounds frequently
- Ability to push/pull wheelchairs or beds weighing over 200 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform caregiving tasks including grooming, bathing, toileting, feeding, incontinent care
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Commitment to resident rights, safety, and infection control
- Willingness to work holidays as needed
- Demonstrated teamwork and ethical conduct
