Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA) needed to deliver routine nursing care under the direction of the charge nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and observation of residents; maintain residents’ rights and report incidents or changes to licensed staff. Ensure comfort, privacy, and dignity; promote a safe, clean environment; support care planning process with observations. Requires ability to lift/move residents and equipment, attend to residents across shifts, and adherence to safety and infection-control procedures. Minimum age 17; physical demands include frequent lifting, pushing/pulling heavy objects, and long periods of walking. Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide (SRNA or CNA) certification
