Job Summary
SRNA role providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a faith-based nonprofit community. Responsibilities include individualized resident care (grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, continence care, transfers, ambulation, ROM, communication) and supporting residents’ rights and dignity. Requires a Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification; 2-3 years in related settings preferred. Must work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Strong attention to detail and compassionate, patient-centered care are essential. Required Qualifications
- Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification required
- 2-3 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Dementia Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, or Orthopedic preferred but not required
