Job Summary
CNA/SRNA to assist in nursing operations under direct supervision of nursing staff across all shifts. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care under the direction of nursing staff, maintaining a clean and healthy environment, building rapport with residents and care team members, and demonstrating familiarity with medical terminology. Must work well in teams and hold a valid CNA/SRNA license. The role supports all shifts at Wurtland Nursing & Rehab with listed benefits and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
