Job Summary
SRNA/CNA position in Wurtland, KY: assist professional nursing personnel by delivering direct hands-on nursing care to residents, perform/edit ADLs, respond to call lights, transport residents, report observations to a nurse, support admissions/transfers/discharges, maintain safety and privacy, follow infection control, provide restorative care to prevent complications, and participate in continuous quality improvement while promoting hydration and nutrition.
Required Qualifications
- Certified and state tested as a State Registered Nurse Aide in the state employed; certificate must be active, valid, and in good standing.
