Job Summary
Manage a team of three SRE engineers to build technical strategy, define quarterly goals, and ensure agile organization for the SaaS platform hosting GitGuardian's code security solutions. Deploy and maintain monitoring, backup, and data management policies across 6 PB on S3, 14 TB on ClickHouse, and 350 TB on Elasticsearch to align with customer SLAs and SOC2 requirements. Lead on-call rotation, optimize cloud costs, and support sales teams during customer calls while mentoring staff to drive technical execution and postmortem culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering/computer science
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar management position
- Embrace a DevOps philosophy through Observability, Automation, Data durability, with a strong security appetite!
- Deep knowledge of AWS (or another Cloud Provider), Terraform, Kubernetes ecosystem
- Solid knowledge of *nix systems
- Experience in web applications/SaaS and their SDLC,
- Comfortable with agile project management and OKRs.
- Fluency in AI agentic development.
- French and English fluency.
