Job Summary
SRD Volume Effect Manager to support US Army MFCD and JCIDS-related capability development. Responsibilities include managing capability solutions for automatic rifle, light/medium/heavy machineguns, high-explosive machineguns, optics and volume effects enablers; supporting JCIDS documentation (CBAs, ICDs, AoA, DCRs, CDDs, CPDs); preparing TTPs, threat assessments, training plans, and BOIPs; developing industry-facing materials for MCoE Industry Day; participating in the MCoE Maneuver Conference; and assisting with administrative requirements. Requires BA/BS or higher (or high school diploma with 9 years CAPDEV/related experience), CAPDEV experience (or DAU Level 1), 6+ years of military experience (Infantry or SF), and SECRET clearance. Location: Fort Benning, GA and Fort Moore, GA. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or higher OR high school diploma with 9 years of experience
- Three years CAPDEV experience OR DAU Level 1 certified with two years CAPDEV experience
- Six years active-duty military experience, Infantry (11 series) or Special Forces (18 series)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance for the duration of the contract
