Job Summary
Senior Workday Integration Developer responsible for designing, implementing, deploying and maintaining inbound and outbound Workday integrations across Core HCM, Studio, BIRT, EIB, and Document Transformations; serves as SME for Workday Integrations and Reporting; builds integrations using REST/SOAP, Workday Studio, and related technologies; collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to define requirements, develop test plans, perform data mappings and transformations, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation; may support vendor management, system updates, regression testing, and cross-team initiatives; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Workday experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field of study from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- Five plus (5+) years of Workday experience required and deep expertise in building workday integrations utilizing REST/SOAP, Workday Studio.
- Workday Studio certification preferred.
- Proven ability to build complex systems using web services standards (WSDL, SOAP and REST).
- Complete command of XML standards and experience in their application (for example, XML Schema, XSLT, STX, DOM, SAX, and similar technologies).
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution.
- Strong Web Services development experience (SOAP and REST) with a deep understanding of XSLT, XPath and XML.
