Sr. Workcell Manager

Job Summary
Plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of productions, machinery, processing, and packaging departments. Leads with a focus on people development and succession planning, hiring alignment with forecasts, coaching and mentoring Workcell Leaders, and driving continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve value. Demonstrates strong communication with higher management, enforces health, safety and quality policies, and leverages tools like QRQC & LPA to oversee manufacturing pieces of the workcell. Ensures adherence to policies and delivers results aligned with campus strategic directions while managing complex, multi-customer workcells.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of eight years related experience and/or training
- Five years’ experience in a manufacturing supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of workcell management experience
- Management of complex multi-customer workcell and/or big mono-customer workcell
