Job Summary
Senior Web Analytics Developer responsible for instrumenting web data collection, ensuring data quality, and leveraging data to develop insights across AXS web and mobile platforms. Leads tagging strategy and data governance, builds data feeds and dashboards, and partners with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive data-informed decisions. Requires end-to-end Adobe Launch implementation, data layer architecture input, data privacy compliance, and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion. Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, GTM, JavaScript/HTML, SQL, and data visualization tools; capable of communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in web, digital, or product analytics (ideally within an e-commerce or B2B environment)
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end Adobe Launch (Experience Platform Data Collection) implementation
- Certification in Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) a strong plus
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, and site tagging
- Experience with marketing tags and consent management tools (e.g., OneTrust) and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience tracking mobile app KPIs for iOS and Android
- Proficiency with BI, data visualization, and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- SQL proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
- Deep technical understanding of web and app analytics, tagging, and data capture frameworks
- Strong ability to synthesize data and present actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a hack-t, test, and learn mentality
- Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and customer-journey analytics
- Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Bonus: Experience in music, live entertainment, or ticketing industries
- Pay scale: $100,491.00 - $141,664.50
