Required Qualifications

• •2+ years of warehouse receiving and material handling experience
• •Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center
• •Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills
• •Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• •Be able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• •Know of, be able to apply and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment
• •Be able to learn to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment in use at the Profit Center
• •Be able to learn and operate the computer-related systems used for warehouse operations
• •Read, write, speak, and understand English
• •Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
• •Must be able to effectively manage inventory and order fulfillment
• •Must be able to effectively handle escalated or complex issues

• •Must be able to effectively maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety
• •Must be able to effectively assist co-workers in servicing customers
• •Must be able to effectively perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards
• •Must be able to effectively handle drug screening and criminal background investigation
• •Must be able to effectively work in a decentralized environment
• •Must be able to effectively act as a lead on the warehouse team
• •Must be able to effectively assign tasks and provide guidance to other warehouse teammates
• •Must be able to effectively participate in the training of less experienced or new warehouse teammates
• •Must be able to effectively handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee
• •Must be able to effectively stock and maintain the warehouse
• •Must be able to effectively pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure
• •Must be able to effectively act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• •Must be able to effectively identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations
• •Must be able to effectively complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier
• •Must be able to effectively load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely
• •Must be able to effectively inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels
• •Must be able to effectively ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets
• •Must be able to effectively maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues
• •Must be able to effectively assist co-workers in servicing customers
• •Must be able to effectively perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards
• •Must be able to effectively successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned
• •Must be able to effectively perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required
