Sr Warehouse Manager

Minimize documentation errors on the shop floor through gap analysis of existing SOPs and development of multi-skilled personnel. Provide daily shift-wise training to operators and officers regarding updates, observations, and incidents to ensure 100% compliance. Maintain the area presentable and manage warehouse inventory via cycle counts, coordinating with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch departments for timely receipt and dispensing. Ensure all activities meet Legal Compliance, including external facility standards, Narcotic/psychotropic procedures, and USFDA cGMP requirements. Review and approve new codes in the MMDN tool, conduct meetings to resolve queries, and face internal and regulatory audits with corrective actions. Propose investment and revenue budgets, execute projects per plan, and support monthly operation reviews and aging reports.
