Sr. Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations for a specific area, directing associates and contractors while prioritizing workload and maintaining training records. Manage material handling, shipping, and receiving by unloading trucks, checking merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and accurately stocking items into bin locations. Execute system transactions by reading customer orders, transacting work orders via ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, and conducting cycle counts and inventory weighings. Identify and address safety hazards, perform 5S activities, and document purchase orders and work orders for all incoming and outgoing items. Monitor team KPIs, report discrepancies to find resolution, and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related factory experience and/or training
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Computer knowledge with warehouse ERP systems, intermediate to advanced MS Office software
- Ability to drive forklift
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Must be computer literate
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills to work with warehouse employees, peers, leadership, and cross functional departments
- High School diploma
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day (with a lunch in between) and up to 6 days a week
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- The use of Safety Glasses is required
- The use of a hard hat is required
- Steel-toe boots required in Manufacturing Facility
