Job Summary
Provide executive leadership for technical services contracts, equipment procurement and installation operations across regional markets to drive portfolio growth and market leadership. Lead enterprise-level client engagement, establish strategic vendor alliances, oversee multi-market equipment resale operations, implement standardized processes and metrics for profitability, and manage a regional technical services organization with senior managers and installation teams. Develop and execute strategic financial plans, ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, and collaborate with property management and engineering leadership to optimize enterprise-wide service delivery. Requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and ability to travel for client facilities and industry events. Hybrid position with flexibility between office locations and remote work arrangements; location listed as Remote – Atlanta, GA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 15+ years progressive executive experience in technical services, equipment sales, or facilities operations with P&L responsibility exceeding $25M
- Proven track record leading large-scale technical services organizations in commercial real estate, facilities management, or related industries
- Executive Leadership Skills: strategic planning, multi-market operations, vendor relationships, financial acumen, executive communication
