Job Summary
Senior executive to lead Kärcher Municipal’s sales and service operations across Canada and USA. Responsible for developing and implementing long-term sales and service strategies, managing budgets/forecasts and P&L, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with stakeholders across North America. Leads a high-performing team, promotes innovation and inclusion, and travels to the US and Canada to expand market presence and product distribution. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 8+ years in senior leadership roles with strong financial acumen and CRM knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 8+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership role in sales, service and/or back-end operations in municipal business
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, relationship management skills
- Ability to travel (moderate to frequent)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in sales, service, and marketing
- Ability to develop knowledge of Kärcher Municipal products and services
