Job Summary
Lead the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the business unit as SVP & GM, overseeing Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Access, Client Services, Operations, Technology, and Business Development Support. Accountability for revenue, profitability, growth, and client satisfaction; manage the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and risk; develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive service innovation and scalability; establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement; partner with sales and development leaders to acquire and retain clients and expand contracts; build executive relationships with physician practices, health systems, infusion providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and strategic partners; lead process optimization, technology adoption, and organizational culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results; recruit and develop a high-performing leadership team and ensure regulatory, contractual, accreditation, privacy, and payer compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 15 or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- 10 or more years leading large-scale healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, infusion services, specialty pharmacy, physician services, or related healthcare businesses.
- Demonstrated experience with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and senior leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer dynamics, specialty medications, infusion operations, and healthcare services delivery.
