Job Summary
Provide key leadership for distributor representatives within your assigned geography by executing sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals. Complete a territory business plan with essential wins and achieve sales goals while operating within an expense budget. Coordinate efforts with local veterinary associations for state VMA meetings and spend defined time in the field executing face-to-face meetings with hospital influencers. Set up and launch product launch meetings in conjunction with veterinary services. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and up to 25% travel. Base salary ranges from $85,900 to $143,100 with eligibility for a company bonus. Located in Las Vegas/Kingman/St. George.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/ GED with equivalent level of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent selling experience in a competitive selling environment or previous Elanco intern
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- Team-first approach with a hustle mentality and eagerness to win
