Sr. Vehicle Drafting Analyst

Job Summary
Create daily vehicle drafting files and ACH banking files for wholesale, fleet, and demo vehicles, processing approximately $70 million in daily revenue. Independently investigate and resolve drafting exceptions, finance holds, and non-standard situations by coordinating with Subaru of America Distribution, IT, and regional personnel. Monitor and update retailer banking information in Oracle, administer the Department Purchasing Card program, and perform month-end reconciliations and vessel arrival verifications. This role supports the Lead Vehicle Drafting Analyst with backup duties for audit walkthroughs, L/C balance monitoring, and documentation retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of work experience utilizing analytical skills
- 4-6 years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and timely when resolving drafting, shipping, and finance hold issues with financial institutions, retailer personnel, and Subaru of America (SOA) departments (Accounting, Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Information Technology [IT])
- High level of credibility and reliability as this position is authorized to transfer large sums of money from retailer bank accounts
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under daily time constraints since many issues that are not resolved within the day could result in inventory not in retailer stock to be sold
- Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (after 90 days) [Wednesdays & Fridays]
