Job Summary
Senior Value Manager in Europe (Denmark and Finland) partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to craft value engagements and investment narratives for AI-enabled Workday solutions. Lead discovery interviews and executive workshops with C-level and senior stakeholders to surface strategic priorities, risks, and value levers; develop ROI/TCO analyses and concise, decision-ready artefacts; influence executives to approve Workday technology assets and AI-enabled value plays. Requires ability to translate complex technology and AI concepts into tangible business outcomes, strong storytelling for executive audiences, and collaboration with sales, country leadership, and partners. Strong emphasis on financial modeling (ROI, TCO, NPV/IRR), independent work style, and ability to operate across Denmark and Finland with a flexible in-office/remote mix.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate/Business Strategy, Value Engineering / Value Management, or a similar strategic advisory role to senior business stakeholders
- Demonstrable C-level presence and confidence in executive settings
- Track record of success in roles requiring independence, ownership, and prioritisation across multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience with enterprise technology / SaaS solutions in a business value, strategy, or transformation context
- Experience with AI solutions such as Gemini, NotebookLM, Sana
