Job Summary
Craft clear, concise UI text for customer and agent experiences across multiple channels, including Nintendo Support and My Support Dashboard. Manage the creation and documentation of UX content while maintaining consistent brand voice and tone. Explore innovative solutions using product knowledge and data to address issues through content, images, and multimedia assets. Drive adherence to UX writing and accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards, and help create style guides and collaborative guidelines. Contribute to the adoption of UX writing tools and frameworks while working with stakeholders to balance compliance and user experience. Deliver high-quality, error-free content at scale, managing shifting requirements and tight deadlines. Own complex or ambiguous content areas with minimal direction and influence content standards beyond individual deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in UX writing, editorial, marketing, copywriting, or related
- Experience in UX-focused navigation and communication writing and shaping content for multi-channel
- Working knowledge of the design process and general UX design principles
- Experience using and managing CMS/CCMS tools
- Ability to present to all levels within an organization, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience applying accessibility best practices to ensure content is clear, usable, and inclusive across digital experiences
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered

- This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA
- Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division
- This position is not open to fully remote status at this time
Desired Qualifications
- Bonus points for experience with content migration, site inventory, audits, analysis, and SEO
- Bonus points for having experience migrating to CMS/CCMS
- Experience working with localization workflows and global content considerations is a plus
