Job Summary
Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for shaping fan and customer experiences across Miami Dolphins digital properties. Lead wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma, improve ticketing and engagement flows, maintain scalable design systems, and collaborate with Brand, Sales, IT, and Compliance to align on digital strategy. Drive research, usability testing, and data analysis to optimize conversion and engagement; leverage analytics, A/B testing, and heatmaps. Ensure accessibility standards and visual consistency across web and native apps; oversee handoff to developers and contribute to the digital product roadmap. Requires 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of HTML/CSS, familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar), and experience working in Agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus
- Experience designing for ticketing platforms or eCommerce workflows is a plus
- Solid understanding of the UX design process, usability principles, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Wrike or Jira
- Design ownership and ability to lead cross-functional collaborations
- Ability to develop and maintain design systems and scalable design practices
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Ability to leverage analytics, A/B testing, and heatmaps to inform design optimizations
