Job Summary
Lead the UX Research strategy for a business or product line by gathering, evaluating, and sharing research findings to inform design processes and future projects. Gathers and analyzes customer use cases, segments markets, and aligns the team to ensure customer needs are met through rigorous testing and data-driven analysis. Mentors junior researchers on methodologies, technical skills, and reflection practices while collaborating with designers to iterate solutions and define product structure and visual identity. Regularly tests design work with users, establishes key metrics, and uses analytics to identify gaps where data is needed to refine future research strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a design subject (Psychology, UX, HCI, Product Design, Design, Graphic Design, etc discipline)
