Job Summary
Lead and execute Sr. UX product design efforts from ideation through execution in an agile environment. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing feedback, presenting work to stakeholders, maintaining status updates with project-management tools, designing visual style and interaction flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing and testing research strategies, conducting usability testing (heuristic reviews, interviews, remote/in-person testing), mentoring other designers, and ensuring responsive designs across desktop and mobile. Strong collaboration with engineers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders is required; must demonstrate expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma), agile collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and storytelling to communicate design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design or similar
