Sr. UX Designer, People Engine

Lead project planning and strategy for HR process improvements by crafting intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web interfaces. Conduct user testing to validate designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer needs, business requirements, and technical considerations. Mentor other designers and advocate for user-centered design principles to deliver scalable solutions.
