Job Summary
Design and write clear, concise, human-centered content across mobile and web marketplace experiences for healthcare and financial products. Develop product descriptions, educational materials, and decision-support tools that guide members through discovery, search, comparison, onboarding, checkout, and post-purchase journeys. Audit existing interfaces to enhance clarity, accessibility, and conversion while establishing reusable voice, tone, and content standards. Partner with UX, product, research, legal, and business teams to define strategies that improve customer education and engagement, leveraging analytics and AI-assisted tools to optimize performance. This role supports HealthEquity's mission to empower consumers by connecting health and wealth, requiring deep expertise in digital commerce and behavioral science.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy for customer-facing digital products
- Experience creating content for e-commerce, digital marketplaces, telehealth, affiliate marketing, healthcare, fintech, or other consumer-facing digital experiences
- Exceptional content design, writing, editing, and information architecture skills
- Ability to influence product direction through content strategy, using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to improve content effectiveness and business outcomes
- Familiarity with behavioral science, accessibility, and AI-assisted content creation
- Passion for creating content that educates, builds confidence, and empowers customers
- Ability to participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity's immersive onboarding experience
- Consent to Microsoft Copilot's AI technology recording and transcribing interview with Talent Partner
