Job Summary
Sr. Utility Engineer responsible for HVAC system operation, maintenance, and project management in cleanrooms and public areas for pharmaceutical packaging materials and medical devices to ensure regulatory compliance. Lead planned preventive maintenance for utility systems, supervise external contractors for project renovations, implement critical system qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), submit lean energy programs to meet energy-saving targets, and lead HVAC system improvements to meet GMP and EHS requirements. Maintain and update QA SOPs, train technicians, control project expenses to meet timelines and budgets, manage related MIP projects to reduce costs, and support audits while ensuring effective cross-functional communication with subsidiaries. Proficient in GMP-influenced facility management, with foundation in electrical automation and CAD tools; English communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation or HVAC or construction
- 5 years experience in relative work with 5 years in JV Company in engineering
- experience with electrical automatic control and operational experience
- knowledge of GMP and cleanroom standards
- familiar with HVAC
- project management experience
- good foundation in English
