Job Summary
Design software experiences for Logitech's MX Creative Keypad, Dialpad, and workflow-focused products, creating intuitive interfaces that connect physical controls with scalable interaction patterns. Shape productivity and creative workflows by helping users automate tasks and unlock new ways of working across applications and platforms. Build ecosystem and extensibility experiences, including integrations, plugins, and SDK frameworks that enable developers and partners to extend Logitech's capabilities. Explore AI-powered features and leverage modern design tools like Figma Make and Claude Code to accelerate prototyping and validate concepts. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to present design work to leadership and facilitate cross-functional ideation sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong UX design experience with expertise in consumer-facing desktop and mobile software applications
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, hierarchy, motion, and interface design
- Skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences
- Experience designing accessible products and applying WCAG guidelines
- Ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity, from concept exploration to production-ready design
- Experience designing software experiences that connect hardware, software, services, and ecosystems
- Ability to think holistically across end-to-end user journeys and product ecosystems
- Interest in workflow automation, productivity tools, extensibility platforms, developer experiences, and connected services
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools as part of the design process
- Familiarity with modern design-engineering and rapid prototyping workflows
- Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms
- Comfortable building interactive prototypes that go beyond traditional wireframes and static mockups
- Interest in agentic workflows, AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging design technologies
- Ability to rapidly explore, validate, and communicate ideas through working prototypes
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Dev Mode
- Experience creating interactive prototypes using both design and code-based approaches
- Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Swift, Python, or similar technologies
- Understanding of software development processes and engineering workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and contribute to design-engineering discussions
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Experience presenting design work to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems
- A strong point of view with a healthy dose of humility
- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design excellence, visual craftsmanship, and your ability to solve complex software challenges
