Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT roles across direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors. Source candidates via Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques to build a robust pipeline. Conduct initial HR and technical screenings while evaluating skills, visa status, and cultural fit. Ensure all submissions meet compliance requirements and maintain proper documentation for H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT visas. Negotiate salary rates, manage offer discussions, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure successful placements. Work US time zones (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) with 3-8 years of experience.
