Job Summary
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and functional requirements for complex B2B supply management software. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions for data-heavy interfaces, including tables, dashboards, filters, and workflow-driven experiences. Design complex user flows, deliver mockups, prototypes, and visual assets while adhering to existing design systems and style guides in Figma. Continuously improve product usability based on analytics, user feedback, and testing results to ensure consistency across related product areas.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-driven products
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as tables, dashboards, filters, complex forms, comparison views, or multi-step workflows
- Experience working with existing design systems in Figma, including reusable components, variants and established interaction patterns
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing and interpreting results
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints and design consistency
Desired Qualifications
- A strong interest in design trends, emerging technologies and electronics
- Experience working in SaaS or enterprise product environments
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end constraints
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience using AI-assisted tools
- Exposure to accessibility standards such as WCAG
