Job Summary
Sr. UI Developer responsible for partnering with the UX/UI design team to craft cutting-edge user interfaces for a flagship SaaS product; act as a strong UI technical resource for the development team; develop standardized UI modules/tools/libraries to accelerate time-to-market; assist with web accessibility and compliance across web applications; require strong cross-browser UI/UX experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, and AngularJS, in an Agile environment, with knowledge of REST/AJAX, responsive/adaptive development, and accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of cross-browser UI/UX development experience
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- CSS3
- HTML5
- Experience working within Agile software development environment
- Excellent JavaScript skills with AngularJS
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive development techniques
- Experience consuming REST based web services via AJAX
- Proven experience designing and developing for client-driven, consumer-facing websites
- Strong understanding of usability and design (mobile web design a plus)
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 & WAI-ARIA)
- Working knowledge of Linux environments
- Familiarity with source code control systems (Subversion, Git) and ticketing systems (JIRA, Greenhopper)
